Proof that winter weddings don’t have to mean a red and green colour palette, if you are having a winter wedding here’s a more natural look that I am seriously crushing on!
Go to town with your lighting, cram your tables with candles and make your lighting a focal point of your décor by having them hung over your tables! I am definitely, 100%, absolutely always in the more-is-more camp on the lighting front.
Add texture to your outfits, velvet jackets on your man or head-to-toe tweed. Maybe a fur stole or a heavy knitted shawl over your dress. A-maze!
Think about the beautiful scent that will fill your ceremony venue as well as your reception venue. I'm talking pine cones, cinnamon sticks, scented room sprays and scented candles (well, hello there Jo Malone Pine & Eucalyptus!)
And most importantly, don't forget that smooch under the mistletoe with the new Mr!
